A rainbow of wallets by Alice Park

Leave it to an architect to figure out the simplest way to make a wallet. Alice Park, a California-based architect, has an eponymous line of leather goods which includes this clever bill fold. It comes in a myriad of colors (red, cream, green, black) and holds approximately 10 cards and a fistful of cash.

These folders are a welcome solution for my overstuffed wallet and a clear competitor to the vertical wallet by Makr.

Recycled designer bags by Matières à réflexion

Since 2002, Matières à réflexion proudly presents its collections of vintage-based designer bags. Each bag is hand-made and numbered in their Paris studio from carefully selected vintage jackets, safe-keeping the original vintage details. You can also commission your own unique piece and bring your own or select the vintage leather jacket.

Even if the idea of recycling is très a la mode, it doesn’t mean recycled fashion always hits the mark. Well, in that case, I think it did and will..

Nixon X Gumball 3000 Watch

Now that the sun is settling, I can show my wrist more than ever… and I wouldn’t go out without a decent watch on.  My plan is to start with dark pieces and gradually move to colourful timekeepers. (according to my tan and if I can get one in London)

First in mind is the Nixon Gumball 3000 with a black Rubber Player featuring a custom gold caseback, crown and hands. It also features co-branded artwork on the case. Available exclusively at Nixon retailers along the rally route in London, Amsterdam, Boston, Montreal, Toronto and New York City beginning May 1st.
