Selima Hats

Each hat is hand blocked, then hand sewn in New York City in a discreet atelier below Selima’s Bond 07 shop on Bond Street. Promeyrat and her design team thoughtfully customize each hat with vintage and antique trimmings.

I am already fond of the ready-to-wear collection but you can also custom design your own hat. It can take between 2-3 weeks before you see the reveal of your special order.

La Maison Goyard

Goyard doesn’t advertise and can only be found in a couple of places around the globe – wonder why this  brand is still a hiden secret.

It started as a luxury luggage and travel case making workshop in 1853 and the family has since continued to use the same hand manufacturing techniques.  The pattern which makes the brand unique is hand painted and you can have your initials or any other symbol hand painted too.

Handmade denim by Rogue Territory

Karl Thoennesson loves denim. His passion, or perhaps obsession, led to the founding of Rogue Territory. The brand stems from three core values – use high quality fabrics, adhere to the highest standards of manufacture, and share knowledge of denim with customers.

What is even more interesting is that they offer a custom service where you get involved in the creation of your jeans. From the time you discuss with a designer of the overall aesthetic design, the fit, and the fabric & hardware up to the final fitting. The entire process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Inspired by the primitive art of tree carving, this designer from Brooklyn has created this wood burned alternative that is a little kinder and gentler on the environment. Say anything you want (that will fit on a 3 1/2″ – 4″ diameter tree slice.). Right now, I am thinking door holder or a table mat…
